• Earned Academic All-MAC honors in crosscountry

as a Sophomore (2006):
•   Set a new PR at the Hillsdale relays inthe 5,000 meters with a time of 18:31.66
•   Competed in five of the six fall crosscountry meets. Finished 75th at the 2005 MAC Championshipswith a time of 19:46.
•   Academic All-MAC in cross country.
•   Had a personal-best time of 10:56.09 inwinning the 3,000m at the Kangaroo Invitational. Also had aPR of 19:20.71 in the 5,000m at the Akron Open.
