Karlie Hepburn is in her first season as Director of Track and Field Operations for Akron in 2016-17.
A native of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Hepburn earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Akron in sport management. While an undergraduate, she worked in Athletic Facilities and Operations before assuming a similar role while a graduate assistant at Kent State. She earned her master's degree in sport and recreation management from Kent State in 2016.
While completing her master's degree, she worked for the Mid-American Conference as a Championships Assistant from January - June 2016.
