as a Redshirt Junior(2008):

• MAC Champion in the200m at both the conference’s indoor and outdoorchampionships. Ran 24.27 to win the MAC Indoor 200m title -—the fifth-best time in UA history. Ran 23.85 to win the MAC Outdoor200m title.

• Qualified for theNCAA Mideast Regional Championships in both the 100m and 200m,placing 23rd and 16th, respectively.

• Also was runner-up atthe MAC Indoors in the 60m (7.62) and was runner-up at the MACOutdoors in the 100m (11.73), the fifth-best time in UA history.Ran second leg on the runner-up 4x100 relay at the MACOutdoors.

• Ran 7.53 in the 60mat the Akron Indoor Quad, the fourth-best effort in schoolhistory.

• During the indoorseason, won the 60m twice (7.62 in UA vs. “Michigans”and 7.63 at the Zips Invitational) and won the 200m three times(25.31 in UA vs. “Michigans”, 24.56 at UA Quad and theMAC Championships). Won the 200m twice during the outdoor season(the MAC Championships and All Ohio Championships) and won the 400monce (Northeast Ohio Quad).

• Named an AkronScholar Baller for having at least a 3.0 GPA for the 2007-08academic year, earning Dean’s List recognitiononce.

• Placed seventh in the400 meters at the MAC Outdoor Championship with a time of55.17.

• Finished fifth in the200 meters (24.80) and second in the 400 meters (55.46) at the MACIndoor Championships. Also ran the second leg of the 4x400-meterrelay unit which placed second in a time of 3:53.12.

• Posted an indoorpersonal-best 24.31 in the 200m at the Sykes-SabockChallenge

• Set the school indoorrecord in the 400m at the Kent State dual meet in an NCAAprovisional time of 54.39.

as a Freshman(2005):

• NCAA Regionalqualifier in the 200 meters, 400m and 4x100-meter relay.

• Placed seventh in the400m at the MAC Indoor Championships.

• Posted apersonal-best time of 7.72 in the 60m at the Akron Open, finishingsecond. Won the 200 (24.58).

• Finished eighth inthe 200m (24.41) and seventh in the 400 (55.18) at the MAC Outdoormeet. Also ran on both relays. Ran the anchorleg on the third-place 4x100 (45.89) and the opening leg of thefourth-place 4x400 (3:41.88).

• Ran the anchor leg ofthe 4x100m relay which set the school record (45.47) at theAll-Ohio Outdoor Championships (April 15). Posted a PR and regionalqualifying time of 54.22 in the 400 at that meet.

• Tallied a season-bestand regional qualifying time of 23.94 in the 200 at the DukeInvitational (April 8).

• Division III statechampion in the 100 & 200 meters in 2003 &‘04.

• State champion in the100 meters in 2002 and the 200m in 2001.
