As a Sophomore (2013-14): Averaged 556 in smallbore on the season and 555 in air rifle … shot a personal-best 571 in smallbore on two occasion, the first coming in a competition against Navy (Oct. 6) ... fired a season-best 571 in air rifle in a dual competition against University of the Sciences (Pa.) and John Jay (Nov. 2) to help guide the team to a combined air rifle score of 2329, the highest of the season … matched her rifle performance with a personal-best 571 in smallbore against USP and John Jay … strong scores came against Columbus State (Nov. 11) where she registered a 569 in air rifle and 555 in smallbore ... did not participate in the final six competitions.
As a Freshman (2012-13): Achieved a personal best score of 579 in the 60 shot air rifle in a match against Navy…In air rifle, averaged 567…Recorded a personal best score of 572 in smallbore against Murray and maintained an average of 555.
Prior to Akron: Joined the Ashland Eagles Rifle Club in eighth grade … competed in the 2012 Junior Olympics at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo. … also shot at the 2012 NRA 3p Air Rifle Championships in Anniston, Ala., where as team captain, her Ohio State Association team finished first in the USA … earned the title of Distinguished Marksman … shot in many NRA, CMP and national competitions … a nationally ranked junior shooter.
