2013-14: Cross Country: Was the Zips' top finisher at the MAC Championships (Nov. 2), placing 23rd overall with a 6K time of 22:04.76 ... also ran a time of 21:51.41 at the Pre-National Invitational (Oct. 19) ... was UA's second runner at the Bluegrass Invitational (Sept. 14), finishing the 5K in 19th place with a time of 17:49.71 ... Indoor: Competed in the mile and DMR at the MAC Championships (Feb. 28-March 1) ... won the mile at the Zips Invitational (Feb. 21) with a season-low time of 5:01.00 ... Outdoor: Did not compete.

2012-13: Cross Country: Captured her first individual title at the Buffalo Stampede with a time of 17:54.9 ... also finished third at the Tommy Evans Invitational (18:46) and fifth at the All-Ohio Championships (18:15.93) ... was the Zips' top finisher (62nd overall) at the Great Lakes Regional (21:43) after placing 38th at the MAC Championships (22:36.0) ... Indoor: Placed fifth in the 800-meters (2:14.87) at the MAC Championships (Feb. 23) ... ran a personal-record time of 2:10.91 in the 800m at the SPIRE D1 Invitational (Feb. 9) ... won the mile at the Zips Open (Feb. 15) with a time of 4:59.61 ... Outdoor: Finished sixth in the 800m at the MAC Championships (May 11) with a time of 2:11.54 ... established personal records in the 800m and 1,500m at the Hillsdale College "Gina" Relays (Apr. 27) ... finished runner-up in the 800m with a time of 2:10.48 and 12th in the 1,500 (4:32.05) ... it was the seventh-best 800m time recorded in the MAC ... ran 2:10.66 at the Raleigh Relays (March 30).

2010-11: Cross Country: Competed in all six meets ... was the Zips' top finisher (33rd overall) at the MAC Championships with a time of 22:21.6 (6k) ... finished sixth overall at the Tommy Evans Invitational, crossing the line in 19:26 (5k) ... was the team's second runner at the Great Lakes Regional with a mark of 22:39.2 (6k) ... Indoor: Did not compete ... Outdoor: Ran the Zips' third-fastest time of the season in the 800m with a mark of 2:18.46 at the Ashland Alumni Open ... also ran the lead leg of the 4x800 relay team that placed third at the LSU Tiger Relays with a time of 9:16.14 ... competed in the 1500m at the Duke Invitational (4:45.29).

at Euclid HS: Did not start running until her junior year ... was the district champion in the 4X800m relay, 1600m, 800m and 4X400m ... was the regional champion in the 1600m ... placed fifth in the 1600m at the state meet ... was named the Plain Dealer Athlete of the Week, McDonalds Athlete of the Week and the recipient of the Wendy's Heisman award as a senior ... also played basketball and was a team captain.
