2014-15: Indoor: Finished third in the 3,000 meters at the Zips Invitational (Feb. 20) in 8:45.77…crossed the line in 15:10.30 at the Spire Invitational (Feb. 14) in the 5,000 meters...Outdoor: Academic All-MAC selection...Outdoor: Garnered second-place efforts in the 1,500 and 5,000 meters at the Campbell/Wright Invitational (May 9) and Jesse Owens Classic (May 1) crossing the line in career-best times of 3:57.40 and 14:43.09...placed fourth in 1,500 meters at Ashland Alumni Open (April 25) and fourth in 3,000 meters at Northeast Ohio Quad (April 2) with times of 4:00.81 and 8:49.22, respectively.

Indoor: finished fifth in the mile with a personal-record time of 4:16.71 at the Zips Open (Feb. 15) ... ran 8:36.68 at the SPIRE D1 Invitational (Feb. 9) ... Outdoor: ran 14:48.80 in the 5K at the Raleigh Relays (March 29) ... also ran anchor on the Zips 4x1500 relay team that finished sixth with a time of 16:20.50 ... finished third in the 1,500m at the Campbell/Wright Open (May 4), running 4:01.22.

2011-12: Cross Country: was the Zips' second runner (23rd overall) at the MAC Championships with a time of 25:07.3 (8k) ... placed 25th at the All-Ohio Championships with a mark of 25:59.93 ... finished eighth overall at the Tommy Evans Invitational (4 mi.) ... Indoor: finished eighth in the 5,000-meters at the MAC Championships (Feb. 24) with a time of 14:51.70.
