GAMENOTES
AKRON, Ohio– Mother Nature has forced a change in schedule for this weekend's Mid-American Conference softball series between Akron and Central Michigan.
Here is the updated schedule:
The teams will play a single game on Saturday, April 8, at 4 p.m. at Lee R. Jackson Field.
UA and CMU will play a doubleheader on Sunday, April 9, with games at Noon and approximately 2 p.m. at Lee R. Jackson Field.
All three games will be streamed live online on GoZips.com.
NOTE: Little Zip bat girls that were assigned for the April 8 games are welcome to come to be a bat girl for today's 4 pm game. The Little Zip dinner will be held after the game today.
