Tip Time and Ticket Prices Set for CBI Game

AKRON, Ohio
- Wednesday's University of Akron versus Green Bay men's
basketball game in the first round of the College Basketball
Invitational will tip off at 7 p.m. ET, the UA Department of
Athletics announced on Monday.
Ticket prices have also been set and current season ticket holders
have right of first refusal to purchase a ticket in their same seat
location as in the regular season.
Ticket Prices:
Reserved Floor Seats - $30
Lower Reserved - $20
Upper Reserved - $15
Adult General Admission - $10
Youth General Admission - $5
University of Akron Faculty/Staff - $5 General Admission (with
valid ID)
Tickets can be purchased in person at the UA Athletics Ticket
Office at InfoCision Stadium (located at the southwest corner of
the venue, near Gate 1) or by phone at 1-888-99-AKRON.
The north upper endzone of Rhodes Arena will be turned into a fan
fest area, with interactive games and inflatables.
Wednesday serves as Akron's first on-campus postseason appearance
in its Division I era (dating to the 1980-81 season) and first
overall since 1972 when the Zips played host to a pair of home
games in the NCAA College Division Mideast regional in its previous
venue of Memorial Hall. That season UA was national runner-up.
