as a Redshirt Sophomore (2012): Had an outstanding season, starting all 53 games he played in as a middle infielder ... led the team with a .299 batting average, 12 doubles, six home runs, 94 total bases and 26 walks ... tied for the team lead with 56 hits, four triples and 24 runs batted-in ... had a team-high .503 slugging percentage and .411 on-base percentage ... scored 29 runs ... hit two home runs and drove in three against Buffalo (Apr. 14) ... had three RBI at West Virginia (Mar. 20) ... collected three hits and scored three times against Chicago State (Mar. 17) ... was 3-for-4 against Youngstown State (Mar. 27), Northern Illinois (Mar. 31) and West Virginia (May 9).

as a Redshirt Freshman (2011): Entered the starting lineup full time midway through the season and went on to bat .255 with seven doubles and 12 RBIs ... played in a total of 33 games and made 28 starts ... primarily played second and third, but also saw spot action at shortstop ... stole one base and drew 12 walks ... made first career start and recorded first career hit at Texas State (Feb. 26) ... responded to being placed in the lead-off spot against Ohio State on Apr. 13 by going on a nine-game hitting streak in which he batted .516 (16-for-31) and drove in six ... went 7-for-12 in the Miami series (April 22-23) ... drove in a career high three runs in the Diamond Classic for the Kids against Kent State (May. 19).

at Mayfield HS: Had an outstanding career, culminating with an impressive senior campaign ... batted .571, picking up 36 hits, including six doubles and 35 RBIs ... broke previous school record of 11 home runs as a senior, blasting 14 round trippers ... was honored as the Plain Dealer Player of the Year ... named first team News Herald, Conference MVP and first team All-State as a senior ... helped Mayfield to a 20-7 record and regional championship as a junior... was named first team All-Conference as a junior and picked up second team All-Conference as a sophomore.
